How can I place my order?
Orders can be placed here on our website, by telephone or mail.
Website orders from our shopping cart are secure and easy. Just click the "ORDER NOW" link near the items you want to order to start your order and you will
be prompted through the order process.

To place your order by mail...Add the items you want to order to our shopping cart, has if you were going to place your order on our website, proceed to check
out. Use the shipping calculator to confirm your shipping total, and print the "printable version" of your order. Mail your order with payment to the address
below. Make sure the print out includes your name, shipping address, telephone number, email address, and the items you would like to order!

What are my payment options?
Payments can be made by credit card, money order, cashier’s checks and Perle La Chatelaine Gift Cards. Only in the form of U.S. Dollars. We do not
accept personal checks.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
8.75% sales tax will be applied to all ordered made from and/or shipped to a California address.
When and how will I receive my order?
Our standard shipping carrier is UPS. When you place you order you will have the option of choosing delivery time with its associated cost. Orders will be
processed within 5 to 7 days. You will be notified by email when your order is shipped with a UPS tracking number.
We cannot be held responsible for mail courier delays due to weather or mechanical problems which are beyond our control. Nor can we be held responsible
for lost or stolen packages which have been marked as "delivered" when tracked via the delivery confirmation number.

For ordered shipped internationally, international shipping / customs fees may apply.
Many countries charge customs fees or duties on merchandise ordered from another country. Unfortunately, these duties differ from country to country so we
have no way of determining what they might be or if you will be charged an extra fee at all.
Any taxes, tariffs or duties levied must be paid by the recipient of the order; we will not bill you for any of these charges. It is required by law that we include a
commercial invoice with your order. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any items confiscated by customs. Any and all duties, taxes, and tariffs
levied are the responsibility of the customer. We will not bill you for these charges. Please be aware that these charges are the customer's responsibility and

By law, we must declare the package type (i.e. "merchandise" or "gift") and the value of each shipment accurately. It is a criminal offence to make a false

What is your return policy?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase you may return it, subject to the terms listed on our RETURN POLICY page.
How do I get sales prices and promotional discounts?
Perle La Chatelaine will occasionally offer sales prices and promotional discounts. Be sure to sign up for our E-NEWSLETTER to be notified of these great
offers.
The E-NEWSLETTER will contain a promotional code for the sales prices and/or discounts and instructions on how to use the promotional code when placing
your order.
When using a promotional code, be sure to read the entire list of restrictions associated with that promotion. The promotion rules and restrictions will be listed
on the promotional E-NEWLETTER you receive. If your order does not reflect the benefits associated with the promotion as listed, please CONTACT US.

We love to see photos of are customers wearing our designs. If you would like to share with the world just let us know and we will include your photo and a brief
bio, if you choose, in our Perle La Chatelaine PHOTO GALLERY. Before your photos are posted to the PHOTO GALLERY you will be required to sign a
waiver/consent agreement, which we will send to you.
Can I model for Perle La Chatelaine?
We welcome inquiries from both aspiring and/or professional models that would like to be featured as a Perle La Chatelaine model.
We only require that you be a sexy curvy woman, size 12 or above, age 18 or older and be located in the Los Angeles and/or surrounding cites. Previous
modeling experience does help, but is not required. For consideration you can email or snail mail the following:
