RETURN POLICY

Perle La Chatelaine is confident you will love our unique designs of sexy
lingerie and sexy plus size lingerie. Due to the intimate nature of our designs,
worn clothing can not be returned. However, if before clothing is worn you
find you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unworn
clothing for a refund, subject to the terms listed below.

All returns must have a "Return Authorization" before being returned.
To get a "Return Authorization" for a refund, Perle La Chatelaine
must be notified within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Contact us
for "Return Authorization" before returning the items. Returned items
without "Return Authorization" will be refused.

Returns with “Return Authorization” must be received at Perle La
Chatelaine within 30 days of customers received date and
accompanied by the original receipt. Returned items must be unworn,
unused, and unwashed, with all tags and labels intact, and in original
condition. Items not returned in original condition will not receive
refund. Returned items not received within 30 days of customers
received date will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Refunds will be issued by credit to the credit card used to make the
purchase or Perle La Chatelaine company check. Refunds will be
in the amount of the merchandise only. We cannot refund shipping
charges or gift wrap charges.

When you receive your order please take a moment to inspect the
merchandise for damages, size, color and quantity.

Returned items that have been worn, smell of perfume, smoke or have
been exposed to animals and pet hair will not be accepted for refund.

All sales of clearance items are final and no returns will be accepted.
Please be sure you choose the correct size and color when purchasing
clearance items.
